Shining Light Companies develops teams, as necessary, to meet the experience and expertise needs of internal and client projects from 1) the wealth of contacts developed by company principal, Torrey Carlblom, over his 50+ years of risk and business management experience, 2) through identification of appropriate candidates using the company’s human resource management processes and 3) through vetting of client personnel as appropriate and available and using company’s internal vetting processes.
